Qualifications

• High school diploma or hospitality diploma preferred.
• Experience in Concierge/Guest Relations in luxury hotels.
• Fluent in Italian and English; additional languages preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support efficient operation of Concierge and Front of House.
• Coordinate daily Concierge operations and administrative tasks.
• Manage guest requests, reservations and service arrangements with timely follow-up.
• Ensure interactions reflect Six Senses brand values and emotional hospitality.
• Adhere to LQA standards and continuously improve guest experience.
