Job summary

MEININGER Milano Lambrate is seeking a full-time Night Receptionist (f/m/d) to welcome guests, manage check-ins/outs, and provide local advice. You’ll work as part of a lively team in Milan, ensuring an outstanding guest experience.

You should have hospitality experience, an outgoing personality, and strong language skills in Italian and English (B2+). Proficiency with front office systems (ASSD, Fidelio, SIHOT) is expected. Weekday, weekend, day, evening and night shifts are possible.

• Experience in hospitality is required.
• Fluent in Italian and English (minimum B2).
• Knowledge of front office systems (e.g. ASSD, Fidelio, SIHOT).
• Outgoing personality and ability to work in a bustling environment.
• Team player who supports colleagues and handles multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• You act as a great host and create a memorable stay for our guests.
• You manage welcome and check-in/check-out to optimize occupancy and guest experience.
• You respond to guest inquiries by phone and in-person and advise on local attractions and services.
• You handle operational and administrative tasks including invoicing, hour registration, and quality checks.
• You may assist in F&B tasks (breakfast, dinner, bar) as needed.
• You are flexible to work weekdays, weekends, day, evening and night shifts.

YOUR TASKS

• You act as a great host and create a memorable stay for our guests
• You are in charge of welcome and good-bye process from A to Z, managing check-ins and check-outs to create best experience for our guests and optimize hotel occupancy
• You respond to our guests' personal and phone enquiries and provide advice regarding local attractions, activities and additional services
• You take care of operational and administrative tasks: invoicing, hour registration, online reputation management, quality checks etc.
• You work in a team and are ready to take on occasional tasks in the F&B area (breakfast, dinner, bar)
• You enjoy diverse working environment and are flexible to work weekdays, weekends, day-, when needed evening- and night shift

• You possess initial experience and are passionate about hospitality
• You possess an outgoing personality and enjoy working in a bustling dynamic environment, performing a variety of tasks
• You are a people person, you like helping others and creating unforgettable experience for our guests
• You are a team player, ready to help your colleagues and tackle challenges together
• You have good knowledge of a front office system (e.g. ASSD, Fidelio, SIHOT)
