Four Seasons Firenze is seeking a passionate Night Bell Attendant to join our team. As a key ambassador during overnight hours, you will welcome late arrivals, assist with departures, handle luggage, and respond to guest requests with warmth, efficiency, and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Front Office experience in a luxury hotel.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a proactive service mindset.
• Fluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
• Valid driving license is required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests during overnight hours, including room escort and luggage handling.
• Deliver personalized service by responding promptly to guest requests.
• Act as a key contact for guests, sharing information about hotel services and local attractions.
• Support night operations with Front Office and Security teams.
• Deliver amenities, packages, newspapers, and other guest services.
• Maintain cleanliness of lobby and other guest-facing areas.
• Assist with emergency procedures and guest concerns.
• Support Concierge, Door, and Valet teams as needed.
• Uphold Four Seasons standards and foster positive relationships with guests and colleagues.

About the role

Four Seasons Hotel Firenze is seeking a passionate and service-oriented Night Bell Attendant to join our team. As a key ambassador of the hotel during overnight hours, you will create exceptional guest experiences by welcoming late arrivals, assisting with departures, handling luggage, and responding to guest requests with warmth, efficiency, and professionalism.

What you will do

• Welcome and assist guests during overnight hours, including room escort and luggage handling.
• Deliver personalized service by responding promptly to guest requests, inquiries, and special needs.
• Act as a key point of contact for guests, providing information about hotel services and local attractions.
• Support smooth and secure night operations in collaboration with Front Office and Security teams.
• Deliver amenities, packages, newspapers, and other guest services as required.
• Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of guest-facings areas, including the lobby and luggage storage room.
• Assist with emergency procedures and handle guest concerns professionally and efficiently.
• Provide support to Concierge, Door, and Valet teams when needed.
• Uphold Four Seasons standards while fostering positive relationships with guests and colleagues.

What you bring

• Previous Front Office experience preferably in a luxury environmenExcellent interpersonal skills, an outgoing personality and a can-do approach to any request.
• A valid driving license is required for this position.
• Reading, writing and oral proficiency in the Italian and English language.

• Employee MealsSchedule & Hours: This is a full-time overnight position, requiring candidates to work exclusively night shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Candidates must hold valid authorization to work in Italy at the time of application.

The position is at the D1 level of the Tourism Collective Labor Agreement (CCNL), with a starting gross annual salary aligned with the contract’s minimum standards and opportunities for growth based on experience.

Experience in the hospitality industry is preferred.
