Four Seasons Hotel Firenze seeks a Manager in Training for our Food & Beverage division in Florence. The MIT rotates across outlets, gaining hands-on experience and leadership development over 18 months.

You will learn the operation, service standards, and collaborate with culinary, rooms, and other departments to prepare for future management opportunities.

Fluency in English and Italian is preferred; previous luxury hospitality experience desirable; full-time, flexible schedule.

About the role

The Four Seasons Hotel Firenze seeks a talented Manager in Training for our F&B Division. As a Manager in Training (MIT) – Food & Beverage, you will rotate across multiple Food & Beverage outlets and departments, gaining a comprehensive understanding of the operation while developing your leadership skills and building a strong foundation for future management opportunities. Through this 18‑month development program, you will gain the experience, exposure, and mentorship needed to become a future leader within the organization.

What you will do

Immerse yourself in the day-to-day operations of our Food & Beverage Division, gaining hands‑on experience across multiple outlets. Learn and embody Four Seasons service standards, creating exceptional and personalized experiences for our guests. Work closely with leaders and team members to understand the operational, financial, and people aspects of the business. Support the coordination of service, ensuring smooth operations and a consistently high level of guest satisfaction. Develop leadership skills by assisting with team supervision, coaching, training, and employee engagement initiatives. Build strong partnerships with Culinary, Rooms, and other hotel departments to deliver seamless guest experiences. Contribute ideas and recommendations that enhance efficiency, service quality, and overall performance. Gradually assume increasing responsibility, preparing for future management opportunities within the Food & Beverage Division.

What you bring

Previous experience in luxury hospitality, upscale restaurants, or Food & Beverage operations. A genuine passion for hospitality and a desire to build a long‑term career in leadership. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and collaborate with diverse teams. Natural curiosity, a proactive mindset, and a willingness to learn and grow. A guest‑centric approach, strong attention to detail, and excellent organizational skills. Fluency in English and Italian.
