Magnum Ice Cream Company in Italy seeks a Key Account Manager for the Campania region. You will develop and execute channel plans, coordinate with internal teams, and manage commercial relationships with customers.

You will lead negotiations, plan annual strategies, drive sales targets, and support the expansion of the discount channel. The role requires 3–4 years in sales and economics degree, with a proactive, results-driven mindset.

Formación

• Bachelor/Master graduates in Economics or related disciplines.
• Minimum 3/4 years of experience in the sales business.

Responsabilidades

• Negotiations: Plan, manage, and lead negotiations.
• Planning: Develop full year plans and monitor the progress.
• Sales: Achieve sales targets and drive market contribution and support the commercial expansion of the discount channel.
• Promotions: Manage promotional programs defined by the Trade Marketing for the Concessionaries managed.
• Customer needs: Understand customer needs and requirements.
• Client retention: Develop and implement long‑term strategies to retain clients.
• Customer service: Resolve customer complaints promptly.
• Internal communications: Manage internal communications between clients and internal teams.
