Work Life Group is building a team of L1/L2 IT Support Technicians for an end-user laptop deployment across NATO sites in Europe. Roles focus on deskside and end-user support during handovers, troubleshooting login and basic device issues, and providing on-site assistance.

Assignments span multiple locations with flexible weeks; contractors may be matched to one or more sites. Prior NATO/defense experience and an active NATO Secret clearance are highly valued.

Competenze

• Active NATO Secret clearance required.
• L1/L2 IT support or deskside support experience.
• On-site end-user support skills.
• English proficiency for professional work.

Mansioni

• Provide onsite end-user support during laptop handovers.
