The role is focused on end-user and deskside support rather than infrastructure engineering or device logistics.
Assignments are planned across:
Different technicians can cover different locations. You may apply for one location or several depending on your availability and willingness to travel.
Initial deployment assignments range from approximately one to four project weeks depending on location.
In addition, the main sites in Braine-l'Alleud, Brussels, Mons, The Hague and Oeiras are expected to have an ongoing Run Phase requirement of approximately one onsite support day per week until the end of 2029.
For the Run Phase, we are particularly interested in NATO-cleared technicians already based within commuting distance of these locations.
Previous experience within NATO, NCIA, defence, government or another secure environment is highly relevant.
This is a contractor/freelance opportunity.
Rates may vary depending on experience, location and assignment.
For assignments requiring travel, travel and accommodation are handled separately from the professional day rate and fully covered.
