Work Life Group is assembling a team of IT support technicians for a NATO-wide end-user laptop deployment project. Roles are contract/freelance and assignments span multiple NATO locations across Europe, with weekly onsite support at main sites.

Security clearance is mandatory, and travel may be required to available NATO sites based on availability. Technicians provide deskside and end-user support during handover, assist with logins and basic device issues, and participate in ongoing Run Phase

Competenze

• Active NATO Secret security clearance.
• L1/L2 IT support or deskside support experience.
• Onsite end-user support across NATO locations.

Mansioni

• Provide onsite end-user support during laptop deployments.
• Troubleshoot Windows login and basic user/device issues.
• Support Run Phase at ongoing sites with regular onsite days.
