Work Life Group is deploying an end-user laptop replacement programme across multiple NATO sites in Europe. You will provide onsite end-user support during the handover and assist users with login or basic issues, focusing on deskside support rather than infrastructure.
This freelance contract offers assignments at different NATO locations with varying weeks, and travel to multiple sites is expected based on availability and location. English proficiency and active NATO clearance are required.
Competenze
- Active NATO Secret security clearance required.
- L1/L2 IT support or related experience in DESKSIDE/END-USER environments.
- Ability to provide onsite end-user support during hardware handovers.
- Experience troubleshooting Windows, login and basic device issues.
- Professional working English.
- Willingness to travel to assigned NATO locations.
