Wlgroup is assembling a team of IT Support Technicians for a NATO deployment across Europe. Active NATO Secret clearance is required. The role focuses on end-user and deskside support at multiple locations, with assignments that can be matched to your availability and location.

Technicians will handle on-site support during laptop replacements and assist with login or basic device issues. Travel to various NATO sites is expected, with rates varying by location and assignment duration.

Competenze

• Active NATO Secret security clearance required.
• L1 or L2 IT support, Deskside/End-user support experience.
• Onsite support across NATO sites in Europe.
• Experience troubleshooting Windows, login and basic user issues.
• Professional working English.
• Availability for at least one location/period.

Mansioni

• Provide onsite end-user support during device handover.
• Assist users with login and basic technical issues.
• Travel to multiple NATO locations as assigned.
• Capture incidents and report issues for follow-up.
