IRCA Group in Italy seeks a Global Continuous Improvement Director to design and deploy the CI strategy across manufacturing sites and the supply chain.

You will lead TPM/IWS, Lean Manufacturing, and Six Sigma programs, coach leaders, and build capabilities to deliver productivity gains and cost savings.

Based at IRCA’s Italian HQ, the role requires strong leadership, cross‑functional collaboration, and up to 60% international travel across Europe and North America.

Competenze

• 10+ years in manufacturing/ops leadership
• 3–5 years global/region CI leadership
• Experience implementing TPM/IWS/Lean/Six Sigma
• Proven success in large-scale transformation & cultural change
• English mandatory

Mansioni

• Define and deploy the CI strategy across the group’s sites and supply chain
• Lead TPM/IWS, Lean and Six Sigma deployments and establish a multi-year CI roadmap
• Coach leaders and build CI capabilities across functions
• Drive productivity improvements, cost savings, and sustainability of gains
• Partner with plant leadership to align with global standards and strategic objectives
