• 15+ years of progressive experience in operations/manufacturing leadership within industrial environments.
• Proven experience in operations transformation and lean manufacturing.
• Strong change management, organizational transformation and strategic execution skills.

Mansioni

• Lead end-to-end manufacturing transformation and operational excellence across Italy operations.
• Oversee sourcing, logistics and internal material flow to ensure production continuity.
• Define KPIs and drive productivity, quality, safety and efficiency improvements.
• Collaborate with group Operations and engineering to align with broader organizational priorities.
