The FAO Credit Union teller position is based in Rome and supports the CSF Finance Division. The role handles routine financial duties across two currencies, processes loans and savings, and performs end-of-day operations with accuracy and confidentiality.

Candidates should have secondary education and at least two years of finance/budget support experience, plus strong MS Office skills and good English proficiency. Local residency is required.

• Good knowledge of MS Office and office technology.

Mansioni

• Process member savings and loan transaction requests.
• Apply CU rules and policies governing loans and savings.
• Assist members with CU account opening/closures and online services.
• Perform end-of-day and quarterly processing.
• Coordinate with members on CU account matters.
• Archive member correspondence and file End of Day reports.
• Update member records regarding personnel actions.
• Perform other duties as required.
