Alliance of Bioversity International & CIAT in Rome is seeking an Assistant I - Treasury to provide daily operational support for payment processing, AP/AR, and cash entry reconciliation across multiple currencies and banking platforms.

Under supervision of Global Treasury Manager, you will help maintain banking records, support reporting, and assist with audit readiness, while coordinating with Treasury Analysts and internal stakeholders.

Competenze

• Secondary/High School Diploma or equivalent with related courses in Treasury, Accounting or Financial Operations.
• Minimum 1 year of treasury, accounts payable/receivable, banking operations or accounting support experience.
• Experience recording and reconciling financial transactions in an ERP system (e.g., Agresso).
• Prior exposure to multi-currency payment processing and online banking is desirable.

Mansioni

• Support in reviewing payment requests and calculating disbursement totals by currency.
• Record and reconcile payment transactions in ERP systems (OCS/Agresso) and notify stakeholders of rejections.
• Maintain up-to-date bank code registrations and banking details for requesting units.
• Assist with AP/AR spreadsheets and multi-currency payments across platforms (StoneX, BPER, HSBC).
• Process manual StoneX payments and verify bank statements; manage payment reversals and returns.
• Prepare weekly LOA payment report and download bank receipts for accounting and audits.
