Alliance of Bioversity International & CIAT is seeking an Assistant I - Treasury based in Rome, Italy. You will support payment processing, accounts payable/receivable, and banking documentation, ensuring accurate recording and reconciliation across multi-currency platforms.

You will assist Treasury Analysts, contribute to audit requests, and back up the Corporate Credit Card process, working in a multinational environment with strong emphasis on detail and integrity.

Competenze

• Secondary/High School Diploma or equivalent, supplemented by related courses in Treasury, Accounting, Financial Operations or related fields.
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience in treasury, accounts payable/receivable, banking operations, or general accounting support, preferably within an international or multi-currency environment.
• Experience recording and reconciling financial transactions in an ERP system (e.g., Agresso) is required.
• Fluency in English and Italian (written and spoken) is required.
• Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and familiarity with online banking.

Mansioni

• Review and process payment requests, calculating disbursement totals by currency.
• Record payments in ERP systems (OCS/Agresso) and notify stakeholders of rejections.
• Maintain up-to-date bank codes in Agresso and provide banking details support.
• Support AP/AR spreadsheets and multi-currency payments across banks.
• Process manual StoneX payments and verify bank statements.
