ABB Motion Services in Italy is seeking a seasoned Service Sales specialist to expand the service portfolio across the market. You will build long-term relationships with end-user customers, promote upgrades and value-added solutions, and drive sales plans with a structured approach.

Competenze

Minimum 5 years of sales experience, preferably in industrial environments or automation.
Willingness to travel frequently across Central and Southern Italy.
Strong ability to establish long-term customer relationships and partnerships.
Structured sales methodology, pipeline, forecasts, and target achievement.

Mansioni

Penetrate the Installed Base by promoting upgrades, retrofits, and value-added solutions.
Generate service sales leads and develop new business opportunities through market analysis and customer engagement.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with End User customers.
Prepare, review, and execute sales plans, including proposing recovery actions when needed.
Apply channel strategies and support pricing definition.
Promote ABB’s Service portfolio during campaigns, trade fairs, and customer meetings.
Ensure prompt and effective response to customer needs and issues.
