Job summary
ABB Drive Products is seeking a seasoned sales professional to drive the Lombardia region. You will develop business with OEMs and System Integrators, promote low voltage drives, motors, PLCs, and motion solutions, and build joint plans with strategic partners.
Strong negotiation and relationship skills are essential, with regular travel within the territory. You will collaborate with internal teams to prepare offers, track delivery schedules, and contribute to market growth aligned with ABB’s
Qualifications
- At least 8–10 years in technical sales or business development within industrial automation.
- Strong knowledge of industrial drive systems: AC drives, PLCs, motors, motion control.
- Experience with OEMs and System Integrators; ability to coordinate partners.
Responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets and profitable growth for ABB Drives and Motion solutions in Lombardia.
- Develop and maintain relationships with OEMs, System Integrators, and key customers.
- Promote the full Motion portfolio and prepare technical and commercial offers.
- Build account plans and coordinate with internal teams for proposals and delivery.
- Monitor market trends and support marketing initiatives and customer events.
