Melia Hotels International Milano is seeking an experienced kitchen professional to oversee a kitchen section, ensure quality and consistency of dishes, and manage a small team in a fast-paced hotel environment.

You will ensure cleanliness, proper stock rotation, and alignment with the Executive/Sous Chef standards, contributing to a high-standard guest experience in our food and beverage service.

Competenze

• Fluent in Italian; knowledge of English is a plus.
• Previous experience in a kitchen environment.
• Ability to run a section and manage a small team.
• Organised and able to communicate effectively with a team.

Mansioni

• Oversee a section of the Kitchen and ensure it runs to performance standards.
• Organize and set up the assigned section efficiently to maximise productivity.
• Ensure items from the section are prepared per standard product specifications.
• Familiarise yourself with all kitchen sections.
• Keep fridges/freezers tidy and organised at all times.
• Ensure stock rotation is carried out properly.
