Job summary

Panerai Milan is seeking a Senior Client Advisor to uphold the boutique’s objectives with a high level of autonomy. You will master the Panerai Selling Ceremony and bring a tailor-made client experience through deep product knowledge and attentive listening.

In this role you will drive sales growth, build loyalty with high-potential clients, and support omnichannel initiatives using CRM and Clienteling tools.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury retail and boutique environments preferred.
• Strong clienteling and relationship-building skills.
• Fluency in Italian and English is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Uphold operational excellence and master the Panerai Selling Ceremony.
• Demonstrate a strong sales mindset and identify growth opportunities.
• Ensure tailor-made client and prospect follow-up and maintain high-quality service using CRM & Clienteling tools; report accurately.
• Support after-sales clients with solutions according to Maison procedures.
