North Sails Apparel in Milan seeks an IT Support Specialist to deliver hands-on 1st and 2nd line IT support for office staff and retail teams. You will manage end‑user devices, hardware, networks, and POS systems, acting as a primary local technical contact.

The role requires Windows 11 and Microsoft 365 expertise, plus strong networking knowledge. Italian fluency with English for international collaboration is essential, with occasional travel possible.

• Hands-on of Windows 11 and Microsoft 365 administration.
• Solid understanding of basic networking concepts (IP, DNS, DHCP, Wi‑Fi).
• Native or fluent Italian with professional English for collaboration.
• Valid driving license and willingness to travel to retail stores.

Mansioni

• Provide 1st and 2nd line IT support for office and retail staff.
• Manage devices, hardware, networks, and POS systems for smooth daily operation.
• Handle JOINERS, MOVERS and LEAVERS (JML) processes for access control.
• Support retail stores with POS hardware, terminals, printers, and scanners.
• Troubleshoot local network issues including switches and Wi‑Fi.
• Attend stores for installations, refreshes, fault resolution, and openings.
• Document issues and escalate complex problems with diagnostics.
