North Sails Apparel operates its Milan-based core business with on-site IT leadership. As Systems & Support Manager, you own local IT operations for users, devices, stores, and core business apps while Group IT Shared Services handles platforms and bulk ticket volumes.

You will gain exposure to Centric PLM, Dynamics 365, Shopify, EDI, and store POS estates, with travel to stores across Italy. A hands-on 2nd line specialist ready to scale to full IT ownership is ideal.

Competenze

• M365 & Endpoint: Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, permissions, sign-in issues.
• Networking basics: TCP/IP, Wi‑Fi, switches, routers for on-site work.
• Retail technology: familiarity with POS systems, payment terminals, store IT.
• Business systems curiosity: troubleshoot application-level errors.
• Vendor & requirement management: write clear functional requirements and review scopes.
• Languages: Fluent Italian and strong business English for daily cross-team collaboration.

Mansioni

• Milan Office Operations: onboarding/offboarding, device provisioning, access to PLM/Finance platforms.
• Store Deployments: IT builds for new openings, relocations, and closures, including POS and network.
• Application Support: 1st/2nd line support for Centric PLM, ERP integrations, and data checks.
• Vendor & Budget Management: manage SOWs, vendor relationships, and local NSA IT budgets.
• Travel to store locations across Italy and occasionally wider Europe.
