North Sails Apparel (NSA) is seeking a Systems & Support Manager to own local IT operations in Milan and nearby stores. You will work hands-on at the office, coordinate with Group IT Shared Services, and manage budgets and vendors for retail technology.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in 2nd line IT support or as a technical lead in retail, with strong M365, networking, and ERP/PLM familiarity. Travel to stores across Italy and Europe is required.

Competenze

• 3–5 years of hands-on IT support in retail or similar environments.
• Fluent Italian and strong business English for cross-border collaboration.
• Solid experience with Microsoft 365, endpoint management and device provisioning.
• Understanding of local store networks, POS and retail infrastructure.
• Ability to document requirements and review vendor statements of work.

Mansioni

• Own local IT operations on-site for Milan and surrounding stores.
• Monitor and manage local queues, escalate via Sri Lanka service desk, maintain quality.
• Coordinate hardware setups, AV and network installations for stores and offices.
• Budget ownership and vendor relationship management for NSA IT.
• Prepare staff onboarding/offboarding and enforce security controls.
• Lead store openings, relocations and outages with Retail Ops coordination.
