North Sails Apparel in Milan seeks a Systems & Support Manager to own local IT operations on-site. You will work with Group IT Shared Services, manage store IT deployments, and support Centric PLM, Dynamics 365, and Shopify integrations.

The role targets a hands-on IT professional with 3–5 years in 2nd line support, capable of budgets and vendor relations while remaining technically active across retail stores and core business apps.

Competenze

• 3–5 years of experience in 2nd line IT support, service desk, or store systems, ideally in retail/fashion.
• Fluent Italian and strong business English for daily collaboration across regions.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Intune, Windows devices, and store IT infrastructure.

Mansioni

• Oversee Milan office IT operations on-site and manage local budgets.
• Act as primary escalation for store outages and openings, including after-hours support.
• Coordinate store deployments of POS, devices, and network components.
• Collaborate with Shared Services on escalations and root-cause issue resolution.
• Maintain store IT asset registers and spare inventory.
