Viva.com is seeking an Operations Specialist in Lombardy to manage incoming leads, assist merchants with onboarding, and ensure seamless payments services across Europe. The role emphasizes strong English and Italian communication, collaboration across teams, and a forward-looking interest in AI-powered tools.

You will promote Viva.com offerings, analyze merchant performance, and maintain accurate client data while collaborating with internal departments to optimize service delivery.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Italian.
• Interest in AI-powered tools and AI environments.
• Desire to become a payments subject matter expert.

Responsibilities

• Assess and assign incoming leads to the appropriate team.
• Manage and assist existing merchants with onboarding and payment acceptance setup.
• Promote Viva.com's services to potential merchants.
• Monitor active merchants post-activation for seamless collaboration.
• Act as a key touchpoint between internal departments to support systems and processes.
• Enter and maintain up-to-date client information in the database.
• Monitor and analyze account performance to drive growth.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Identify customer requirements to craft payments solutions.
• Present to clients via phone or video meetings.
