The Social Hub, a dynamic multinational space with a hybrid hospitality concept, invites a Member Operations Intern to support coworking spaces and rooftop operations in Florence. You’ll handle bookings, greet guests, lead tours, and troubleshoot on the fly while helping improve how the space runs daily.

You’ll join a team that values organization, initiative, and a hands-on attitude, with opportunities to learn and grow in a fast-paced, international setting.

Competenze

• Currently enrolled at a university within the EU.
• Studying Hospitality, Business, Marketing, Sales or a related field.
• Fluent in Italian and English.
• Available for a full-time internship of 39 hours per week for 6 months.
• Highly organized with attention to detail and initiative.

Mansioni

• Support smooth day-to-day running of coworking spaces and rooftop operations.
• Manage bookings, assist guests, and provide a warm welcome.
• Lead tours and help members with facilities and access.
• Flag maintenance issues and help improve processes as we grow.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure a well-run operation.
