The Social Hub in Florence is seeking a Member Operations Intern to help run our vibrant coworking spaces and rooftop. You’ll manage bookings, greet guests, lead tours, troubleshoot on the fly, and help teams tighten up how things run.

You’re organized, proactive, comfortable with booking platforms, and fluent in Italian and English. This internship offers hands-on operations experience in a dynamic hospitality environment with growth potential.

Competenze

• Must be enrolled at a university within the EU.
• Studying Hospitality, Business, Marketing or related field.
• Positive, hands-on attitude and enjoy meeting new people.
• Organized and able to juggle multiple tasks.
• Fluent in Italian and English; extra languages are a plus.

Mansioni

• Support day-to-day running of coworking spaces and rooftop.
• Flag maintenance issues, restock, ensure space is clean and welcoming.
• Assist with member queries related to facilities and access.
• Help improve operational processes as the team grows.
• Lead tours for guests and potential members.
