Job summary

The Social Hub in Belfiore is seeking a proactive Member Operations Intern to help keep our coworking spaces running smoothly. You’ll handle bookings, greeting guests, and assist members with access and queries, all while learning how a busy membership operation works.

This is a full-time internship of 39 hours per week for 6 months, open to university students within the EU studying Hospitality, Business, Marketing or related fields.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled at a university within the EU.
• Studying Hospitality, Business, Marketing, Sales or a related field.
• Italian and English fluency required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bookings and guest services for coworking spaces and rooftop.
• Provide a warm welcome and help members access facilities.
• Flag maintenance issues and help restock supplies as needed.
• Lead tours and support operational process improvements as we grow.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure a smooth, well-run space.
