The Social Hub is offering a Member Relations Intern role in a dynamic, multinational setting. You will be the friendly first face for members, helping create a welcoming community and gathering feedback to improve experiences.
You will support onboarding, track satisfaction, and assist retention efforts while learning the ins and outs of membership and retention. This paid internship offers real responsibility from day one and a chance to grow within the organization.
Florence is buzzing — and our members are at the center of it all. As our Member Relations Intern, you’ll be one of the first faces people see and the reason they want to come back. From welcoming new arrivals, hosting our member spaces, to checking in with long-standing members, you’ll help turn a great space into a genuine community. Some days you’ll be catching up with members over coffee, getting to know their work and what they need. Other days you’ll be tracking feedback, following up on concerns or helping the team spot who might need a little more love before they drift away. No two shifts look the same - and that’s exactly the point. If you’re a people person who genuinely cares about making someone’s day better, and you want to learn the ins and outs of membership and retention, you’ll feel right at home here.
At The Social Hub, we believe pay should be fair and consistent. That's why we carefully determine your starting salary based on the role, your assessed proficiency, and our salary framework. We make our best and fairest offer upfront, so we don't negotiate salaries. Because fairness shouldn’t depend on who negotiate best.
Who you are, is how we want you to be. To us, hybrid hospitality goes across the board, from how we service our guests to how we represent ourselves. Here, everyone belongs, and we welcome people no matter their nationality, gender, age, sexual orientation, religion or culture. Your authenticity keeps our team diverse. Come as you are.
