Job summary

The Social Hub in Belfiore is seeking a Member Relations Intern who will be the first face members see, welcoming them and helping shape a welcoming community. You’ll host member spaces and engage with both new and long-standing members to improve loyalty and experience.

You’ll learn membership retention, collect feedback, and support onboarding. This full‑time, 39‑hour week internship offers real responsibility from day one and a dynamic, multi‑national environment.

Qualifications

• Student at an EU university studying hospitality, business, marketing or related field.
• Shows genuine interest in hospitality, community or membership businesses.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome members and be a familiar, friendly face.
• Track member satisfaction and flag potential improvements.
• Collect and respond to member feedback and help act on it.
• Support retention by identifying disengaged members and re-engaging them.
• Assist with onboarding new members for a smooth first experience.
