Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Tender Office Representative in Italy to manage end-to-end procurement tenders with public administration and the private healthcare market. You will coordinate with internal teams and external clients to prepare documentation and respond to opportunities in MedTech.

The role focuses on alignment of contracts, compliance, and data analysis to support bids, with a 12-month temporary contract in Pomezia. Fluency in English is valued.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in law, economics, or engineering.
• Experience in corporate departments with process management and analysis.
• Experience with tenders is a plus; English proficiency and knowledge of the medical sector are assets.

Mansioni

• Interface with business and internal functions involved in tender processes, post-tender and quotations (marketing, RA, Pricing and Finance).
• Interact with external clients to respond to needs.
• Prepare required documentation for tender participation, including technical, economic, and administrative documents, honoring deadlines and compliance.
• Support business and external clients in data analysis files related to ongoing supplies and economic conditions.
• Manage and draft complex contracts for product and value-added services tailored to client needs.
