Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Tender Office Representative to oversee the end-to-end tender process in Italy, coordinating with sales, finance, and legal teams to prepare bids and ensure compliance. The role involves interacting with public and private sector clients, compiling documentation, and supporting contract execution post-award.

The candidate will manage complex tenders and related analytics, ensuring timely submissions and adherence to Health Care Compliance standards across the group.

Competenze

• Degree in law, economics, or engineering.
• Experience in corporate departments with process management and analytics.
• Good knowledge of English.

Mansioni

• Interface with business and internal functions involved in tender processes (marketing, RA, Pricing, Finance) to manage tenders.
• Interact with external clients to address their needs.
• Prepare required tender documentation and ensure compliance with deadlines and policies.
• Support business and external clients in data analysis for current supplies and pricing.
• Draft and manage complex contracts for products and value-added services.
