Johnson & Johnson in Italy (Pomezia area) is seeking a Pricing & Contracting Manager Europe for Shockwave to oversee pricing analytics, value-based pricing initiatives, and contract streamlining across the cardiovascular portfolio.

The role requires 10+ years in pricing/finance within medical devices or healthcare, with strong Excel and ERP/CRM proficiency. Hybrid/remote work with up to 20% travel; English fluency is required.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Proficiency in data analysis and risk mitigation.
• Proficiency in pricing systems, ERP systems, CRM tools, and/or contract management software.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with advanced skills in Excel.
