Job summary

Penumbra seeks an energetic Customer Service professional to join our Turin-area team. You will handle orders, use SAP for processing and inventory checks, and manage RMAs and complaints with a customer-centric approach.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s in Business or related field, 2+ years in customer-facing roles, and strong English communication. Office presence in Rivoli is expected, with a commitment to clear, proactive support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years in Customer Service or Sales or a similar role.
• Strong written and spoken English and excellent phone manner.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; SAP or ERP experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries and process orders accurately and efficiently.
• Enter sales and Conto Visione orders in SAP and manage inventory availability.
• Process RMAs and communicate timelines transparently.
• Register and track customer complaints and coordinate resolutions.
• Build trust-based relationships and provide proactive support.
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather information for service excellence.
• Manage Travel Stock program and maintain data integrity in databases.
