Penumbra, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service professional to respond to inquiries, process orders, and manage SAP-based workflows in the Turin area.

The role emphasizes building strong customer relationships and coordinating with internal teams to ensure optimal service. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years in customer-facing roles, fluency in English, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; SAP experience is a plus.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• Minimum 2 years in Customer Service or sales; 1 year considered.
• Strong verbal and written communication, especially over the phone.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; SAP experience a plus.

Mansioni

• Respond to customer inquiries by processing orders accurately and efficiently.
• Enter orders in SAP and manage Conto Visione and consignment replacements.
• Process RMAs and communicate updates transparently.
• Register, track, and follow up on customer complaints.
• Build trust-based relationships and provide proactive support.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure best service.
• Manage Travel Stock program with Quality System compliance.
• Maintain customer databases ensuring data integrity.
