Job summary

Experteer Italy seeks a CRM technical support specialist to provide implantation and follow‑up support for physicians and nurses using CRM products across Italian regions, delivering demonstrations and training to healthcare professionals.

This hands‑on, customer‑facing role requires a Biomedical Engineering degree, strong English (min B2), excellent communication and problem‑solving skills, and willingness to travel extensively within Italy, aligning with the Medtronic Mission.

Qualifications

• Experience providing CRM-based technical support to healthcare professionals.
• Ability to communicate complex information clearly to clinicians and sales teams.
• Willingness to travel extensively within Italy and abroad as needed.
