Dometic seeks a Sales Manager to lead the Marine business in Italy from our Milan office. You will promote marine solutions to shipyards and naval architects, identify new business opportunities, and provide technical expertise to clients.

The role requires a technical background, Italian market knowledge, and strong sales capabilities. You will collaborate with engineering to tailor systems, manage project timelines and contracts, and travel within the region to meet clients and attend industry

Competenze

• Technical background in Mechanical or Marine Engineering with experience in marine HVAC systems, refrigeration, or related technical systems.
• Sales engineering or business development experience within OEM marine industry.
• Strong understanding of the Italian marine market and key players.

Mansioni

• Lead growth of Dometic's Marine business in the Italian region by promoting marine solutions to shipyards and naval architects.
• Identify, qualify, and convert leads into sales while meeting revenue targets.
• Coordinate with engineering to develop customized marine solutions and manage project timelines and contracts.
