Baker Hughes is seeking a Manufacturing Experienced Professional - Manufacturing Engineering Specialist to own and improve manufacturing processes for centrifugal impellers. You will resolve complex technical issues on production lines and lead welding process development, with a strong focus on HSE, quality and productivity.

You will work across global functions, apply digital transformation and support New Product Development and New Energy Solutions within Turbomachinery.

Competenze

• Master degree in Engineering from an accredited university.
• Knowledge of welding technologies, especially laser welding, and its robotic applications.
• Basic knowledge of machining.
• Basic knowledge of turbomachinery components, CC Rotors.
• Strong focus on Health, Safety and Environmental practices.

Mansioni

• Own the development, maintenance and improvement of manufacturing processes for core products.
• Solve complex technical problems arising in manufacturing; lead projects to implement improvements.
• Lead development and qualification of new welding processes.
• Evaluate processes and drive projects to improve HSE, quality, and productivity.
• Integrate digital transformation and advanced process capability into manufacturing processes.
• Support NPD and New Energy Solution projects at Turbomachinery level.
