Baker Hughes is seeking a Supplier Execution Engineer‑Sourcing Senior Specialist to shape commodity strategy and enhance material execution for the Gas Turbine Flow business. You’ll partner across Procurement, Quality, Engineering and Suppliers to drive performance improvements and risk mitigation.

In this role you will lead cross-functional initiatives, foster continuous improvement, and support on-time delivery with strong supplier relationships.

Competenze

• Experience in Procurement, Operations, Supply Chain, Project Management or Commercial, with knowledge of oil and gas products.
• Demonstrated leadership to drive execution and engage internal stakeholders.
• Ability to quickly learn new products, business areas and managed commodities.

Mansioni

• Collaborate with Procurement, Engineering and Quality on commodity strategy and supplier qualification.
• Drive improvement initiatives for gas turbine flow, including AI and digital tools.
• Coordinate with Global Supplier Execution to standardize best practices across regions.
• Lead Kaizen and Lean methods with Operational Excellence teams for waste reduction.
• Gather supplier ideas for Design for Manufacturing and assess feasibility with QA/Engineering.
• Participate in cross-functional optimization projects to improve supplier performance.
