Baker Hughes Firenze, Italy seeks a Manufacturing Experienced Professional - Operation Management to lead unit validation testing on test benches for Centrifugal Compressors, Steam Turbines and Turboexpanders, ensuring safety and quality and delivering contract data reports.

You will coordinate with Engineering and Testing teams, read technical documentation, maintain testing assets, support new facilities, and contribute to test software development and schedule planning.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Technology or equivalent.
• 4+ years of proven mechanical or electrical experience.
• Fluent in English and Italian.
• Ability to read technical drawings and documentation.

Mansioni

• Execute unit validation tests and data acquisition.
• Draw up accurate testing reports.
• Coordinate test bench activities safely per HSE and Quality guidelines.
• Interface with Engineering and Testing teams on technical issues.
• Maintain reliability of testing assets and support customers.
• Contribute to design and construction of new test facilities and test software.
• Assist in test schedule planning and execution.
