Vertiv seeks a Manufacturing Engineering Manager to lead technical initiatives at its Piove di Sacco, Italy site, focusing on new product introduction, productivity programs, and cost targets. You will drive assembly/test processes, collaborate with R&D, Operations, and Procurement, and manage CAPEX investments to meet targets.

The role requires a Mechanical Engineering degree, strong English, and hands-on CAD/PLM/ERP experience.

Competenze

• University degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Experience with CAD, PLM, and ERP systems.
• Knowledge of power converters and related technical terms.

Mansioni

• Provide technical capabilities to Thermal manufacturing sites for NPI and productivity programs.
• Define assembly and test processes.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Ops and Procurement to meet target costs.
• Oversee CAPEX investments and Make vs Buy analyses.
• Create assembly procedures for new and existing products.
• Support documentation and change management and production documentation.
