Temu is hiring a Mandarin-speaking Account Manager to support and grow local merchant partners in Italy. Based in Italy, you will manage merchant relationships and day-to-day account needs, support onboarding, and collaborate cross-functionally to improve performance.

The role is full-time and remote within Italy, with a focus on helping merchants navigate the Temu platform and identify business opportunities.

Competenze

• Mandarin Chinese at working proficiency.
• Strong Italian and English communication skills.
• Experience in account management, client management, customer success, partnerships, or similar commercial roles.
• E-commerce / marketplace experience is a plus, but not mandatory.

Mansioni
