Temu is expanding its commercial team in Italy, and we’re looking for an Account Manager to support and grow our local merchant partners. The role focuses on managing merchant relationships and day-to-day needs, onboarding support, and cross-functional collaboration to boost performance.

The ideal candidate is based in Italy with Mandarin working proficiency and strong Italian and English communication skills, with experience in account management or related commercial roles.

Competenze

• Mandarin Chinese at working proficiency.
• Strong Italian and English communication skills.
• Experience in account management, client management, customer success, partnerships, or similar commercial roles.
• E-commerce / marketplace experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
