Job summary

Lely seeks a commercially driven and strategic Manager Proposition – Manure to lead growth across Southeast Europe & Türkiye. Based in Colturano, you will oversee the Manure portfolio, coordinate with Lely Centers, and ensure strong market adoption and high-performing installations.

This leadership role reports to Head of Commerce and Collaborates with the Cluster Manager to drive sustainable growth and superior customer experience from sales through after-sales service.

Qualifications

• You have successfully completed university studies.
• Fluent in English and Italian (written and spoken).
• You have experience leading and influencing multi-disciplinary teams.
• You are a confident communicator able to handle challenging conversations.
• You bring a strong commercial mindset and translate market opportunities into results.
• You have a solid business management background, ideally in B2B with dealers or distributors.
• Experience in agriculture, automation, or related industry is an advantage.

About the Role

We are looking for a commercially driven and strategic Manager Proposition – Manure to lead the growth and performance of our Manure portfolio across Southeast Europe & Türkiye.

This is a key leadership role within the Cluster Management Team. You will report functionally to the Head of Commerce and locally to the Cluster Manager and you will be responsible for ensuring sustainable growth, strong market adoption, and high-performing installed systems on farms. You will act as the vital link between Lely International, Cluster SEET, and our Lely Centers.

Your main activities

• Lead and develop a winning team, driving high performance, ownership and a collaborative culture.
• Drive commercial performance, building a healthy pipeline, identifying growth opportunities and delivering sustainable business results.
• Lead the Manure Proposition, defining priorities and translating regional strategy into clear commercial actions across the markets.
• Enable and develop the distribution network, strengthening the commercial and operational capabilities of our Lely Centers in all relevant areas.
• Own end-to-end execution, ensuring alignment between sales growth, installation capacity and service capability to deliver a strong customer experience from sales through installation and after-sales service.

The role is based in Colturano (MI), and it requires willingness to travel within Italy, to the HQ in Maassluis (NL) and to the countries covered by our Cluster.

• You speak, write and present in English and Italian fluently
• You have experience in leading and influencing multi-disciplinary teams
• You are a confident communicator, comfortable handling challenging conversations when needed
• You bring a strong commercial mindset and a proven ability to turn market opportunities into business results while maintaining a strong customer focus
• You have a solid business management background, ideally gained in a B2B environment involving dealers, distributors, franchises, machinery, technology or complex solutions
• Experience in agriculture, automation, or a related industry is an advantage, but not essential.
