Job summary

Lely1 is seeking a commercially driven Manager Proposition - Manure to steer growth of the manure portfolio across Southeast Europe & Türkiye. Based in Colturano (MI), you will lead a cross‑functional team, translate regional strategy into actions, and ensure sustainable adoption of installed systems on farms.

You will travel within Italy and to the HQ in Maassluis (NL), build a strong pipeline, develop the distribution network, and collaborate with Lely Centers to deliver end‑to‑end customer

Qualifications

• You have successfully completed university studies
• You speak, write and present in English and Italian fluently
• You have experience in leading and influencing multi-disciplinary teams
• You are a confident communicator, comfortable handling challenging conversations when needed
• You bring a strong commercial mindset and a proven ability to turn market opportunities into business results while maintaining a strong customer focus
• You have a solid business management background, ideally gained in a B2B environment involving dealers, distributors, franchises, machinery, technology or complex solutions
• Experience in agriculture, automation, or a related industry is an advantage, but not essential.

About the Role

We are looking for a commercially driven and strategic Manager Proposition - Manure to lead the growth and performance of our Manure portfolio across Southeast Europe & Türkiye.

This is a key leadership role within the Cluster Management Team . You will report functionally to the Head of Commerce and locally to the Cluster Manager and you will be responsible for ensuring sustainable growth, strong market adoption, and high-performing installed systems on farms. You will act as the vital link between Lely International, Cluster SEET, and our Lely Centers .

Your main activities

• Lead and develop a winning team , driving high performance, ownership and a collaborative culture.
