Job summary

Lely is seeking a Junior Marketing Specialist for its Colturano (MI) campus to support the Italy marketing plan. You will execute online activities, manage META campaigns on Facebook/Instagram, and coordinate social media content with the local Sales team and Marketing Specialists.

The role requires a Marketing/Communication degree and 1 year of online marketing experience, plus fluency in English and willingness to travel to HQ in the Netherlands if needed.

Junior Marketing Specialist - Fixed Term

That started 75 years ago with a dream of two brothers in Maassluis (The Netherlands). Since then, we have been an innovative leader in automated systems for dairy farmers around the world. With 2.300 specialized professionals, we are constantly working on new agricultural revolutions. We do this from our Campus in Maassluis, but also from other international offices. Together we have the goal: to make dairy farming interesting for the next generation.

Reporting to the Marketing Manager South East Europe and Turkey (SEET), and working in close cooperation with other marketing colleagues, you will support the execution of the marketing plan for Italy, with the aim of achieving maximum brand exposure and help increase adoption rate.

Your main activities

• Support the execution of the Cluster marketing plan through online activities
• Direct and first-hand implementation of META campaigns on Facebook and Instagram
• Management of the social media editorial plan and organic posting on social media (Instagram, facebook, youtube)
• High-quality content production, such as blog posts, videos, to attract site traffic and create new leads, working in cooperation with the local Sales team and the other Marketing Specialists.
• Implementation of global corporate campaigns, tools and initiatives
• CRM campaigns and data analysis to support Sales and marketing strategies

Your profile

• You have a degree in Marketing and/or Communication and 1 year experience in a marketing role, with online marketing expertise
• You have an excellent knowledge of English
• You are attentive to details, creative, well organized in planning, focused on execution and able to work in a team
• You have experience with Facebook and Instagram Ads (experience with YouTube preferred)
• You are available to participate in company events and visit farms and to travel to the HQ (The Netherlands) if necessary
• You hold a driving license and personal car – the office is not reachable by public transport

The position will be aligned with a predefined salary band, which will be disclosed to the candidate during the recruiting process.

Our cluster is in Colturano (MI), and it supports the distribution network of Lely Centers in South-East Europe and Turkey. We are a young and enthusiast team, consisting of 44 people distributed between Colturano office and Istanbul branch office.
