Zusammenfassung

Lely Italia is seeking a Marketing Specialist to support the execution of the Italy marketing plan, boosting brand exposure and lead generation. You will manage META campaigns on Facebook and Instagram, supervise the social media calendar, and collaborate with Sales to produce blog posts and videos for site traffic.

You will also implement global campaigns, run CRM initiatives, and participate in events; travel to the Netherlands may be required.

Qualifikationen

• Requires a degree in Marketing and/or Communication and 1 year experience in marketing with online marketing expertise.
• Excellent knowledge of English.
• Attention to detail, creativity, organized planning and teamwork.
• Experience with Facebook and Instagram Ads; YouTube experience preferred.

Your role

Reporting to the Marketing Manager South East Europe and Turkey (SEET), and working in close cooperation with other marketing colleagues, you will support the execution of the marketing plan for Italy, with the aim of achieving maximum brand exposure and help increase adoption rate.

Your main activities

• Support the execution of the Cluster marketing plan through online activities
• Direct and first-hand implementation of META campaigns on Facebook and Instagram
• Management of the social media editorial plan and organic posting on social media (Instagram, facebook, youtube)
• High-quality content production, such as blog posts, videos, to attract site traffic and create new leads, working in cooperation with the local Sales team and the other Marketing Specialists.
• Implementation of global corporate campaigns, tools and initiatives
• CRM campaigns and data analysis to support Sales and marketing strategies

Your profile

• You have a degree in Marketing and/or Communication and 1 year experience in a marketing role, with online marketing expertise
• You have an excellent knowledge of English
• You are attentive to details, creative, well organized in planning, focused on execution and able to work in a team
• You have experience with Facebook and Instagram Ads (experience with YouTube preferred)
• You are available to participate in company events and visit farms and to travel to the HQ (The Netherlands) if necessary
• You hold a driving license and personal car – the office is not reachable by public transport

The position will be aligned with a predefined salary band, which will be disclosed to the candidate during the recruitment process.

Our cluster is in Colturano (MI), and it supports the distribution network of Lely Centers in South-East Europe and Turkey. We are a young and enthusiast team, consisting of 44 people distributed between Colturano office and Istanbul branch office.
