Oerlikon Group in Brugherio, Italy is seeking an ICT Engineer M365 – Endpoint & Apps to lead end-user computing across on‑prem and cloud, with focus on Intune and security policies.

You will deploy, configure, and maintain the Unified Endpoint Management stack, coordinate software distribution and patch management, and support users with a strong service orientation in a global hybrid environment.

Competenze

• BSc/MSc in Computer Science or equivalent.
• At least 5 years’ experience with Microsoft client management technologies.
• Excellent customer orientation and ability to work in an international industrial group.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with initiative.
• Team player with ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Fluent Italian and English; German is a plus.

Mansioni

• Implement, configure, and manage Microsoft Intune for seamless device management and security.
• Develop and implement Unified Endpoint Management strategies, including software distribution, patch management and endpoint security.
• Manage, maintain, and support End User Computing cloud services to support business objectives.
• Implement security policies and procedures to ensure compliance and protect company data.
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot for end-users and IT teams; liaise with 1st and 2nd level support.
• Create, maintain, and update software packages for automated deployment.
