Response Informatics in Emilia-Romagna, Italy, is seeking an IT End User Computing Engineer with 3–6 years of hands-on experience to provide onsite and remote IT support within a global Operations team.

You will troubleshoot hardware and software incidents, manage devices with Microsoft Intune and JAMF, support Microsoft 365 and VPN, and assist users on Windows 11, macOS, iOS/Android, and AV systems. The role combines client-facing support with asset lifecycle management.

Competenze

• 3+ years in IT/EUC or technical IT support.
• Strong hands-on troubleshooting across Windows 11 and macOS.
• Experience with Microsoft Intune, JAMF and Jira.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 / Office 365, OneDrive and VPN.
• Experience supporting remote users and managing incidents within SLAs.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication and documentation skills.
• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent relevant experience.
• Microsoft certifications are a plus.

Mansioni

• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware/software incidents and service requests within agreed SLAs.
• Support Windows 11 and macOS, laptops, desktops, peripherals, printers, scanners and mobile devices.
• Configure and deploy devices using Microsoft Intune and JAMF.
• Support Microsoft 365, Outlook, OneDrive, VPN, Defender and other business applications.
• Provide support for iOS/Android, Cisco/Polycom telephony and softphones.
• Support meeting rooms and AV technologies including Crestron, Logitech, Dolby and Room Wizard.
• Manage IT assets, documentation, knowledgebase updates and hardware lifecycle activities.
• Support new-joiner setups, employee moves, equipment returns and vendor hardware repairs.
• Perform meeting-room health checks, patching, updates and antivirus maintenance.
• Handle escalations and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical users.
