Oerlikon Group in Brugherio, Italy is seeking an ICT Engineer M365 – Endpoint & Apps to lead end-user computing across on‑prem and cloud, with focus on Intune and security policies.

You will deploy, configure, and maintain the Unified Endpoint Management stack, coordinate software distribution and patch management, and support users with a strong service orientation in a global hybrid environment.

Competenze

• BSc/MSc in Computer Science or equivalent.
• At least 5 years’ experience with Microsoft client management technologies.
• Excellent customer orientation and ability to work in an international industrial group.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with initiative.
• Team player with ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Fluent Italian and English; German is a plus.

Are you passionate about cutting-edge technology and looking to make a significant impact in a global company?

We are looking for a dynamic and innovative ICT Engineer M365 – Endpoint & Apps to join our global Digital Workplace Services team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of end user computing technologies, working with both on-premises and cloud solutions. You will play a pivotal role in planning, developing, customizing, optimizing, maintaining, and operating our Unified Endpoint Management platform based on the M365 foundation.

This position is based in Italy, in Brugherio (MB).

Your Responsibilities

• You are responsible for implementing, configuring and managing Microsoft Intune to ensure seamless device management and security.
• You will develop and implement strategies for Unified Endpoint Management, including software distribution, patch management and endpoint security to manage and secure all endpoints (Windows PCs, macOS, mobile devices, virtual clients).
• You will manage, maintain and support End User Computing cloud services to support business objectives and enhance IT infrastructure.
• You will implement Security Policies and procedures to ensure compliance and protect company data.
• You will provide technical support and perform troubleshooting for end-users and other IT teams. Liaising with the 1st level as well as the 2nd level support teams is key.
• You will create, maintain and update software packages for automated deployment.
• You will automate repetitive tasks to ensure compliance and increase efficiency.
• You will conduct training sessions and provide technical guidance to our internal customers on clients-related technologies and services.
• You will create and maintain technical documentation, guides and best practices.
• You will define the corporate hardware standards and its lifecycle together with our partners.
• You stay up to date with the latest trends and advancements in information technologies and recommend improvements.

Your Profile

• Education BSc/MSc in Computer Science or a similar qualification or proven professional knowledge through professional career.
• At least 5 years’ working experience in a similar role with a strong focus on Microsoft and client management technologies
• Excellent customer and service orientation approach to handle the technical problems and understanding of processes and needs of an international industrial group.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a high level of self-initiative attitude and drive to get things done.
• Team players with the ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to convey complex technical concepts clearly.
• Fluent Italian and English (German is a plus).

• A permanent, full-time employment contract under the Metalworking Industry National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL). The gross annual salary for this role ranges between €45,000 and €57,000. The final compensation package will be determined based on predefined, objective, fair, and gender-neutral criteria, including professional experience, relevant experience in a similar role, educational background, technical expertise, and soft skills.
