Sungrow Europe is seeking an IT Support specialist to deliver hybrid Level 1 and Level 2 support for users in Milan and across Southern Europe. You will administer devices with Microsoft Intune, enforce security using Defender and Conditional Access, and collaborate with regional teams to implement global standards.

You will handle incidents via Jira and Zendesk, support IT asset management, and provide user guidance and training while maintaining a robust knowledge base.

Competenze

• 2-5 years of combined Level 1/2 IT support experience.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint) and Windows OS.
• Hands-on with Jira, Zendesk or ServiceNow for ITSM.
• Fluency in Italian and English (C1); Chinese OK but not mandatory.
• Knowledge of Intune/Endpoint Manager, Defender suite, Fortinet is a plus.
• Strong networking fundamentals incl. VPN, firewall, VoIP.
• ITIL Foundation certification is an advantage.
